Art Club is having a Governor's Art Show. If you want to submit art work talk to Mrs.Irwin. Artwork is due before Feb. 27; the Regional Competition is March 4th. Tie-Dying shirts is March 21st, 22nd, and 23rd still during 4th/5th mod.
Book Club: This month in book club, they have been reading The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. Their next meeting will be March 2nd, anyone may come!
FFA is working on their ag sales, general livestock, equine judging, public speaking, and tractor trouble shooting contests.
French Club has started planning for their annual trip to Malabar Farms and movie night! Make sure to check in with Mrs. McDaniel if you have any questions.
NHS meeting every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month. Officers meet every 1st and 3rd Wednesday as well. All members must turn in 10 service hours to Mr. Echelberger as soon as possible. Be sure to keep up on any scholarship opportunities that are on the NHS bulletin board in Mr. Echelberger’s room as well.
OCC Leadership is not doing anything this month, but they are planning on doing a student exchange with Wooster within the next few months! If you are in OCC Leadership or are interested in participating in this exchange, listen to the announcements about when the meeting is and talk to Mr. Reffel about it.
SADD is bringing awareness to texting while driving.
Science Club is working on recycling twice a week, every week. Look for a field trip this spring.
Ski Club had a pizza party at Snow Trails Friday, February 10th, 2017
Spirit Club encourages students to come support all winter sports and to dress up with the weekly themes.

Book Clubs -- Check out the Library Events website! Pop Lit meets every first Thursday in the month. The books are provided from the school, and will be directed by the public library. We will have discussions every meeting, The December book is Evolution, Me & Other Freaks of Nature by Rovin Brande. The next discussion will take place during 4th and 5th lunch mods on January 5, 2017.
Classics will have their next meeting in January. You can either read the books on the list (located on the library's webpage) on your own, or you can read what the rest of the group is reading at that time, which is currently the Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. They will meet every 6 weeks to let everyone have the right amount of time to be able to finish whichever book they have chosen to read.
FFA is having a canned food drive for the local food pantries. The goal is 3,000 cans. Check out the Clear Fork FFA Website!
National Honor Society has a meeting every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month. Officers meet every 1st and 3rd Wednesday as well. All NHS members were required to participate in service either on Thursday, December 8th or Saturday, December 10th at the Christmas Carnival held at the Richland Fairgrounds. The NHS Christmas Party will be held during lunch mods Thursday, December 15th, this will be in place of the morning meeting.

Art Club had an Art show/Open mic night at Brumby's on October 15th. There is a board member meeting Wednesday, October 26. Art club members will receive locker decorations by the next meeting, November 2nd.

French Club has been folding Christmas cards to send to the soldiers overseas in addition to electing officers.
History Club doesn’t have anything big coming up until November for Veteran’s Day.

Positively Pink collected $894.90 during Pink Week activities and the collection at the October 14 Football Game. They plan to continue the year by reaching out to those with Breast Cancer through works of kindness.
